We take your privacy seriously. This policy explains what we collect while you use the site, how we use it, who we share it with, and how we protect it.

1. What we collect
- The email address you enter in the alerts form and your site language.
- The name, email address, phone, subject and message you enter in the contact form.
- Server access logs: IP address, browser details, the address you visited and when.
- Session and security cookies, plus the currency you selected.
2. Data that stays on your device
Listings you add to favourites are stored only in your own browser. That information is never sent to our server, is never visible to us, and disappears when you clear your browser data.
3. How we use it
We use what we collect to send new listing alerts if you asked for them, to answer your requests, to keep the site secure, and to meet our legal obligations.
4. Visit analysis
With your permission we record the listings you view, when you visit and where you came from. This data stays on our own server and is used only by our advisers to follow up with listings that suit you. We use no advertising pixel, social media tracker or third-party analytics software.
5. Cookies
The list of cookies we use, how long they last and how to change your choice is on the Cookie Policy page. Cookies other than the necessary ones are used only with your permission.
6. Sharing
We do not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing. Sharing is limited to competent authorities where the law requires it, and to the service provider we use to send email.
7. Security
The site is served over HTTPS, session cookies are encrypted and a content security policy is enforced. Access to the management panel is limited to authorised users.
8. Retention
Your email address is kept for as long as your subscription lasts. When you unsubscribe, your record is deleted. Server access logs are kept for no longer than six months. Messages sent through the contact form are kept for no longer than two years after your request is closed.
9. Children’s privacy
Our services are not designed for anyone under eighteen. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors.

This policy may be updated from time to time. The current version always sits on this page, with the last updated date shown above.
