1. What a cookie is
A cookie is a small text file that a website stores in your browser. It lets the site remember you between pages and keep your choices.
2. Necessary cookies
These cookies are required for the site to work securely and rely on our legitimate interest under article 5/2 of the KVKK. They cannot be switched off:
- terra-gayrimenkul-session — keeps your session and forms secure; deleted when you close the browser or after two hours of inactivity.
- XSRF-TOKEN — protects against cross-site request forgery; two hours.
- terra_currency — shows prices in the currency you chose; until you change it.
- terra_consent — remembers your cookie choice on this page; twelve months.
3. Visit analysis cookie (with your permission)
Used only if you choose "Accept all" or turn on "Visit analysis" in the preferences, and based on your explicit consent under article 5/1 of the KVKK:
- terra_visitor — gives your browser a random visitor number; six months.
- With this number we record the listings you view, how long you stay on them, your searches, when you visit and where you came from (a search engine, an ad or another site).
- An interest score is derived from these records; our advisers see it so they can follow up with listings that suit you. The score is never used to make a decision against you.
- We do not know who you are. If you send a request or contact form or create an account, your earlier visits are linked to that record.
4. Third-party cookies
There is no advertising pixel, social media tracker or third-party analytics software on this site. Visit analysis data is kept on our own server in Türkiye and is not shared with anyone.
5. Retention
Visit records that are not linked to a person are deleted after six months. Visit history linked to a request or an account is kept for up to two years.
6. Changing your choice
You can withdraw your permission at any time with the form at the end of this page or the "Cookie preferences" link at the bottom of every page. Visit analysis stops as soon as you withdraw it. You can also delete cookies in your browser settings; you will then be asked again.
